On occasion, after assessment, it is sometimes possible for me to work with clients in their own homes if it is difficult to physically access therapy due to difficulties with childcare.

I have worked with women, men and teenagers in hospitals, other institutions and private practice, addressing issues including: depression, anxiety & panic attacks, phobias, anger and aggression, relationship and family issues, trauma-related issues, post traumatic stress disorder, personality disorder, self harm, and suicidal thoughts and behaviours and overcoming stigma.

My Experience

I have over 26 years experience supporting people to come to terms with past events and helping them make changes in their lives. I have a warm, empathic style and have been told that I am able to put people at ease when talking about difficult issues.

I work with clients both individually and in groups, and am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapyand Schema Therapy.

I am an experienced clinical supervisor, Haywards Heath Psychologist, providing supervision for other clinicians including qualified psychologists and those in training. I also provide training in a range of areas including risk assessment, working with personality disorder & developing therapeutic skills.
